Yes. You can switch from a monthly term to a 3, 6 or 12-month term at any time from your account area and lock in the matching discount.

All files are protected with TLS/SSL during transfer and AES-256 encryption at rest. A client-side encryption add-on is available on Pro and higher plans for zero-knowledge protection.
Where are your data centers located?
Your files are stored across our EU infrastructure in Latvia, the Netherlands and Sweden, all operating under GDPR.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
All plans can be cancelled anytime from your account area. New accounts include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Do you offer team or business storage?
Yes, the Business and Enterprise plans support multiple team members with shared folders, branded links and a dedicated account manager. Contact us for larger team requirements.
Can I control what each team member can access?
Yes, shared folders on Business and Enterprise support per-member permissions, so you decide who can view, edit or only upload.
